Trustmark Selects Risk Detective

Mobile DeviceTrustmark National Bank is adding Risk Detective™ to further mitigate mobile deposit risk. Risk Detective, one of our Detective Suite products, is a real-time customer scoring solution. It will provide Trustmark with information that helps them determine what types of services to offer their customers and what limitations to impose on the use of those services.

Since Trustmark previously implemented Dupe Detective® and Fraud Detective®, this recent addition will give them the added benefits of integration between the products, including the capability of accessing their customers’ current real-time risk scores when processing suspects. With this information, Trustmark will be able to make quicker, more informed decisions on whether to place holds and/or funds-availability limits on high-risk deposits.

“Mobile deposit is an essential customer service for Trustmark. Unfortunately, it comes with inherently greater fraud risks,” says Chris Payne, Image Processing/Credit Card Center Manager at Trustmark. “Adding Risk Detective to our infrastructure will enable us to reduce mobile deposit risk by providing the information we need to make better funds availability decisions. CONIX is a trusted solution provider for Trustmark. We know from experience that they stand behind their products and will work with us to reach our objectives.”

This integrated solution will help Trustmark identify fraud more accurately and reduce false positive notifications that might otherwise adversely affect their customer relationships.
